Having a conversation with my brother the other day, I realized that the job of a coach isn’t to do the work for you, but to keep you on track. It’s a virtual (hopefully) ‘kick in the pants’ to keep you going and not to slack off.
We all need motivation of some sort. Some have built in clocks that get them up and running and on a program, others need more structure – someone looking over their every move. Others do quite well with a list and keeping themselves in line while others need goals and challenges.
Blogging on a regular basis has been something that I’ve been wanting to do for a while. I always seem to try to ‘fit it in’ when everything else is done. You know how that goes!
Your own coach
In talking to my brother, we decided to do a blog ‘challenge’. 5 blog posts a week (one every work day) for two weeks.
